Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary delivery on all orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Fee: A flat ₹150 charge applies on orders below ₹999.
  • Oversized/Fragile Items: Select ceramics, glassware, and oversized décor may attract additional packaging/shipping charges to ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days.
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces may take longer. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery across India within 5-10 working days (location-dependent).
  • Deliveries to remote or outstation areas may take longer due to courier limitations.

Packaging & Handling

  • All fragile and artisanal items are packed with multi-layer protective materials for maximum safety.
  • In some cases, additional charges may apply for special packaging of delicate items.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor their shipment status.

Delays & Liabilities

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, Tahlé is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, regional restrictions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will, however, make every effort to keep you informed in case of unexpected delays.

Transit Damage

  • If an item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must be supported with clear photos or an unboxing video for validation.
  • Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If a return is initiated for an eligible product, a flat deduction of ₹200 will be applied towards return shipping & handling costs.
  • This deduction does not apply if the return is due to a defective or damaged product received in transit (with valid proof provided).
